FARGO, ND (KVRR) – NDSU will host the aggies in front of a rowdy crowd in the dome on Saturday, the first meeting between these programs promises to be memorable.

The Bisons won their opener with a special teams spark, but they performed well at all three levels.

These two programs recruit above their levels and send guys to the league every year, this will be the first meeting between the two programs.

We spoke to the two coaches who have a mutual respect for each other’s programs.

“They have talented kids on offense, big long receivers, a talented athletic quarterback, a name we know relatively well. I think it’s Tuten the running back, I think he runs extremely hard, I think they’re very long at attacking tackle positions, I think they’re pretty solid there too. Defensively you start with their two outside linebackers, both Tyquan King and Jacob Roberts make a ton of plays,” said NDSU head coach Matt Entz.

“We’re going to fight them, we know we’re up against a very worthy opponent, they’re a nationally ranked team, and I would really like to see where we are, how we hold up at that level of competition,” said Coach Sam. A&T Head Coach of Washington, North Carolina.
