Potential buyers reported that view hallways and spacious, open floor plans with large living areas, large owner suites and secondary bedrooms, large outdoor living areas, private garages and storage areas easily accessible were all essential. Functionality and comfort were more important than form. Ronto also found that rather than wanting to downsize by moving into a smaller condominium residence than they were used to in their single-family homes, potential buyers wanted to simplify their lives by moving into a residence without maintenance. environment without sacrificing space or livability.
