Freddie Flintoff, 43, Paddy McGuinness, 48, and Chris Harris, 46, were certainly put to the test – with near-death, flame-filled stunts pushing them to their limits.

Traveling to the European country to film the latest installment, the trio engaged in drag races, car parasailing as well as motorcycles through a ring of fire.

The Take Me Out host hilariously told The Sun, “One of the local guys tried to give us some moonlight when we were out there doing a drag race. like, “It’s not the best thing to have before you drive, to be honest.” ‘

In addition to their new tour de force, Paddy had a touching encounter with his hero Eddie Kidd, a former motorcycle stuntman who was left paralyzed following a rogue display.

The Question Of Sport star was not deterred by this, however, and continued to recreate some of his amazing stunts to honor his legacy.

He said: “It was so special to be with Eddie. As a fan, I wanted to spend all day there asking him questions. It was so moving. I think we did him justice.

Top Gear returns to BBC One on Sunday November 14 at 8 p.m. ET.
