Wisconsin basketball is regrouping for the 2022-23 season after some key departures in Brad Davison and Johnny Davis.
On Wednesday, Wisconsin officially announced the jersey numbers of 3 players in Connor Essegian, Max Klesmit and Kamari McGee. Essegian was the only high school prospect to sign with Wisconsin through the 2022 recruiting class while Klesmit and McGee joined Wisconsin via transfer.
The Badgers have revealed Essegian will wear No. 3, McGee will wear No. 4 and Klesmit will wear No. 11.

Essegian enlisted in Wisconsin in November as Prospect 3 stars for the 2022 recruiting class and as the No. 10 prospect out of Indiana for the cycle.
A prospect in the state, McGee spent his first season in Green Bay. He appeared in 30 games (21 starts) averaging 11.6 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists while shooting 39% from the field.
Klesmit made 50 appearances for Wofford in 2 seasons, including 31 starting appearances last term. He averaged 14.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.6 steals while shooting 45% from the field.
